Automatic email delivery: Right after successful payment, we automatically email your download links from support@junkjournalsupplies.net.
Timing: Usually instant; at most within 50 minutes.
Subject example: “Your Junk Journal Supplies Download”.
Account access (optional): If you created an account at checkout, links are also under My Account → Downloads.
Most products include PDF and/or JPG (300 DPI); some may include PNG. File sizes typically range from 5–80 MB. A stable connection is recommended.

Download links may include time or attempt limits to prevent abuse. If your link expired, was lost, or you typed the wrong email at checkout, contact support@junkjournalsupplies.net with your order number and product name—we’ll verify and send a fresh link.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the item you ordered, we will fix or replace it promptly. Email support@junkjournalsupplies.net with your order details and (if possible) a screenshot of the issue.
For best results, print at 100% scale (no “Fit to Page”) on A4/US Letter, 160–200 gsm matte recommended. See our Print Guide for step-by-step settings.
If you are in the EU/UK, you’ll be asked at checkout to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts, as permitted by law.
