This policy applies to all purchases made on junkjournalsupplies.net (“we”, “us”, “our”). For help at any time, email support@junkjournalsupplies.net.
We sell digital files (PDF/JPG/PNG printables, kits, bundles). No physical items are shipped.
Automatic email delivery: Right after successful payment, we automatically send a download email from support@junkjournalsupplies.net with your links.
Timing: Usually instant; at most within 50 minutes.
Also available: If you created an account, files appear under My Account → Downloads.
If the email hasn’t arrived within 50 minutes, check Spam/Promotions, then contact us.
Because digital files can’t be “returned,” all sales are final once a file is downloaded.
We will fix, replace, or re-send files if:
The file is corrupted, missing pages, or the wrong item was delivered.
Your download link expired or was lost (we’ll reissue after verifying purchase).
Possible exceptions (case-by-case):
Duplicate purchases / accidental multiple charges (and files were not downloaded).
Unauthorized payment use (with adequate proof from your bank).
To request help or an exception, email support@junkjournalsupplies.net with your order number, product name, and a brief description (screenshots help).
If you’re in the EU/UK: at checkout you’ll be asked to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts (as allowed by law).
Without this consent, you will not receive instant delivery.
Our files are 300 DPI and sized for A4/US Letter. Results vary by printer, paper, and settings. Please print at 100% scale (no “Fit to page”). We’re happy to help with settings, but this is not a defect eligible for refund.
Minimum requirements: a device that opens PDF/JPG/PNG, a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Reader), and access to a printer or print service.
Download links may have time or attempt limits to prevent abuse.
If your link expired or you need a fresh link, email us with your order number—we’ll reissue after verification.
If a payment is disputed after files were downloaded, we may revoke access, disable future purchases, and provide proof of delivery to the payment provider. Please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues quickly.
Gift cards (if offered) and coupons are non-refundable.
Sale/discounted digital items follow the same rules: non-refundable once downloaded.

Details: Product name, issue description, any screenshots/error messages.
We aim to reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and as soon as possible on weekends/holidays.
