All items are digital downloads. After payment, we automatically send a download email to the address you provided (see Section 7).

We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal (card data is handled by those processors). Your Order is accepted when we email the download link(s). We may refuse/cancel an Order for suspected fraud, misuse, or policy breach.
Your use of purchased files is governed by our License & Usage (EULA). Unless otherwise stated, files are for personal use; reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files (or printed sheets as-is) is prohibited. Small-batch handmade sales may be permitted—see the EULA.
We deliver by email from support@junkjournalsupplies.net—usually instant, at most within 50 minutes after payment. If you created an account, links may also appear under My Account → Downloads. If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Promotions or contact us.
If you are in the EU/UK: by ticking the consent box at checkout you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts (per applicable consumer law).
Digital items are non-refundable once a file is downloaded. If a file/link is wrong, missing, or corrupted, we will fix or replace it—see Refunds & Digital Downloads Policy.
If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the Site and our social channels. Do not upload anything illegal, infringing, or offensive. We may moderate or remove submissions.
You agree not to:
Violate any law or third-party rights;
Copy, distribute, or exploit our files beyond the EULA;
Attempt to bypass technical protections;
Use bots/scrapers to harvest content;
Interfere with Site security or operations.

External links (e.g., to printers, marketplaces, payment processors) are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.
Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that files will meet your specific expectations on all printers, devices, or papers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or an Order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or the EULA.
