License & Usage (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs how you may use the digital files you purchase or download from junkjournalsupplies.net (“Site”). By purchasing or downloading any file, you agree to this EULA.

1) What you’re getting

You are purchasing a license to use digital content (e.g., PDF/JPG/PNG printables, kits, bundles)—not ownership of the intellectual property. All rights remain with Junk Journal Supplies (Miral).

2) Standard license — Personal use (+ small-batch handmade)

Under the Standard License, you may:

• Print for personal use as many times as you like.

• Use in handmade items you create and sell in small batches (up to 200 finished items), where our prints are part of a new design (e.g., a bound junk journal, decorated card, collage).

• Modify/resize the files for your own use (e.g., scale to A5) without removing any copyright notices included in the file.

Credit appreciated but not required: “Designs by Junk Journal Supplies”.

3) What you may NOT do

• No digital redistribution: do not share, gift, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute the digital files or any part of them (including altered versions).

• No selling prints “as-is”: you may not sell printed sheets as standalone products, printable kits, or ephemera packs made solely from our sheets.

• No POD/stock sites: do not upload to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle) or stock marketplaces.

• No trademarks/logos: do not register or use our graphics in a logo, trademark, or brand identity without a separate license.

• No sublicensing: you may not transfer or sublicense this license to anyone else.

• No AI/ML training: files may not be used to train or fine-tune AI/ML models or included in datasets.

4) Extended/commercial license

If you need to produce more than 200 units, manufacture at scale, or use our art in a product line, contact support@junkjournalsupplies.net for an extended license.

5) Teachers & workshops

You may print for your own class attendees when you are physically teaching, provided the digital files are not distributed to students for reuse. For virtual classes, please contact us.

6) Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the files. No refunds are due for violations (see Refunds Policy).

7) Ownership & reporting

All designs are © Junk Journal Supplies (Miral). To report infringement or request permissions, email support@junkjournalsupplies.net.
